Р-42/07-01 dated 01.06.2007, the Decision of the Board of IPM d.o.o. in restructuring Majdanpek on sale of property of the organizational unit Megaplast, Donji Milanovac from structure of the IPM d.o.o. in restructuring, Majdanpek, through the method of Public bidding no. 1084 dated 25.06.2007, and the Agreement on Power of Attorney no. 1-1206/07-764/03 dated 31.07.2007, concluded between IPM d.о.о. in restructuring Majdanpek as an Ordering Party and Privatization Agency as a Holder of Power of Attorney, Privatization Agency announces:
