Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

According to the Article 5, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ( "Official Gazette RS", No. 45/01, 45/02,19/03,59/04 and 98/04), the Privatization Agency announces

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for Participation in Public Auctions published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 04.02.2005, on the basis of which the date of auction and the closing date for applying can be changed, according to circumstances, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal and physical persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of Joint-stock company service center "Terazije" Belgrade, will be held on 14.04.2005, at the address the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
   The Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 14.04.2005, 9:00 - 10:50.
   
3. The closing date for the purchase of the auction documentation is 05.04.2005 until 17:00.
   
4. The closing date for submission of application is 06.05.2005 until 17:00.
