Correction of Public Invitations for participation in Public auctions which were announced in the daily

Due to noticed technical error in Public invitations for participation in public auctions which were announced in the daily "Politika" on 29.12.2008, Privatization Agency is announcing:

The correction refers to Basic data on auction sale, in the part defining the qualification criteria, by changing the text stated under clause B), which now reads:

" B) Domestic or foreign individual which is the owner of more than 50% of capital of a legal entity,
which cumulatively fulfills conditions required for legal entities for participation in public auction."
