Notice of annulment of the public auction

Privatization Agency, in accordance with Clause 2 of the Decision on annulment of the public auction no. 10-1784/08-5033/02, made on 26.06.2008, announces the following



organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Veterinary station KIKINDA, KIKINDA, held on 20.06.2008, under Auction sale code 200608-3018. Based on the authority from Article 45 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/2007), Director of the Privatization Agency made a Decision, by which the Public auction, organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Veterinary station KIKINDA, KIKINDA, held on 20.06.2008, under Auction sale code 200608-3018, has been annulled.
