Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 14.12.2007, in Beograd

According to the Article 38. of Privatization Law ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", number 38/2001 and 18/2003), as well as Article 5.of the Decree on Sale of Capital and/or Property by Public Auction (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia>> no. 45/01; 45/02 and 19/03) thePrivatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia herby publishes:

1. Joint-stock company INDUSTRIJA PRECIZNE MEHANIKE, BEOGRAD
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 68,91% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the share of Share Fund RS, BELGRADE, which amounts to 1,56% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 70,47% of the capital of the privatization entity. The share of the Share Fund RS, BELGRADE the capital of the entity undergoing privatization is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
