Public Invitation for participation in the public tender for sale of shares in the Share Fund portfolio representing 70.0013% of the total registered capital of the company: AD "VENČAC" Rudnici i industrija mermera i granita Aranđelovac, was published on July 2, 2007.
Within the deadline set out in the Public Invitation, the following parties purchased the Tender Documents:

- "Devix" d.o.o. Lazarevac
- "Europark" d.o.o. Beograd

- "Shapir" d.o.o. Beograd
- SZ Izometal ad, Romania
Six bids were submitted by the Bid submission Date - September 7, 2007:

- "Kumal" d.o.o., Croatia
- "Sheer Korporacija" d.o.o. Beograd
- "Devix" d.o.o. Lazarevac
- "Europark" d.o.o. Beograd
- "Kaolin" a.d. Bulgaria
Upon analysis of bidders' qualification, and in line with the opinion of the Advisor to the Privatization Agency, it was established that all bidders comply with the tender requirements, as defined in the Law on Privatization, Public Invitation and the Instructions to Bidders. Therefore, all submitted bids were publicly opened.
Composition of the Tender Committee:
a) Chairman:
- Mr. Luka Andrić, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development as state authority representative
b) Deputy Chairman:
- Mr. Zoran Teodorović, Head of Department in the Ministry of Mining and Energy as state authority representative
c) Members
- Mr. Milutin Đurić, Manager in Arandjelovac Municipality, as representative of local authorities in the place of Entity undergoing privatization ‘s headquarters
- Mrs. Dragica Jovanović, Assistant General Manager in A.D. "Venčac" Rudnici i industrija mermera i granita, Aranđelovac, as representative of the Entity undergoing privatization
- Mr. Ivan Janošević, President of the Independent Trade Union Organization in A.D. "Venčac" Rudnici i industrija mermera i granita, Aranđelovac, as joint representative of the trade unions
Within 30 days from the opening, Financial and Legal Advisors to the Agency shall evaluate the bids. Bid evaluation will be presented in the second meeting of the Tender Committee for AD "VENČAC" Rudnici i industrija mermera i granita Aranđelovac.
