Correction of Public Invitation for Participation in the Public Auction under the code 310507-1346p

According to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 20.04.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of the date and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital of Joint-stock company - Service Center "TERAZIJE" Belgrade, under the code 280607-1346p will be held on 28.06.2007, at the following address: 23 Terazije St, Belgrade, second floor at 11:00. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 28.06.2007, from 9:00 to10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 19.06.2007 until 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 20.06.2007 until 17:00.

All other data, deadlines and requirements from the Public Invitation remain unchanged.
