Modification of public invitation for participation in public auction

Based upon Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 52/05), Privatization Agency announces



code 271205-1555 arranged for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the
Društveno preduzeće sa p.о. "ŽGP BEOGRAD" građevinsko preduzeće, Beograd

1. In view of the Power of attorney from Public invitation for participation in public аuction, announced in the daily "Politikа" on November 26, 2005, on the basis of which auction date and deadlines for application submission can be changed, if necessary, Privatization Agency informs the interested natural persons and legal entities on the changes оf date, place and time of the public auction disposition.
   
2. The public auction for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of Društveno preduzeće sа p.о. "ŽGP BEOGRAD" građevinsko preduzeće, Beograd, under code 260106-1555, shall be held on 26 January 2006, at the address 23 Теразије St., Belgrade, 2nd floor, at 11:00. Registration of the auction participants shall be held at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Теразије St., 8th floor, Hall no. 2, on January 26, 2006, from 09:00 until 10:50.
   
3. Closing date for purchase of the auction documentation is: 17 January 2006, until 17:00.
   
4. Closing date for the application submission is: 18 January 2006, until 17:00.
