Amendments no. 2 of the public invitation for participation in public bidding for purchasing the immovable property and equipment of the hotel and tourist complex INEX ZLATNA OBALA SUTOMORE

Based on authorization from clause 9 of Public Invitation for participation in public bidding for purchasing the immovable property and equipment of the Hotel and tourist complex "Inex zlatna obala", Sutomore, in current condition, sale code IZO 050509, published on March 19, 2009 in the daily newspaper "Politika", based on which the Privatization Agency reserves the right to change dates, deadlines and/or conditions of Public Invitation, the Privatization Agency publishes:


Public Invitation for participation in Public bidding for purchasing the immovable property and equipment of the Hotel and tourist complex Inex Zlatna obala, Sutomore, sale code IZO 050509, published on March 19, 2009 in the daily newspaper "Politika", is changed in part that relates to: Initial price, Sale Documents, period for site visits, submitting of Bid Bond/pay the deposit, submitting of Application for participation in the public bidding and Public bidding Date, pursuant to the following:

1. Clause 3 paragraph 2 is changed as follows:
   The Agency hereby invites all interested parties to submit a written request for purchase of the Sale Documents and payment evidence, at the latest until June 4, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.
   
2. Deadline for site visit of the Subject of sale, deadline for submission of Bid Bond/pay the deposit, deadline for submission of application for participation in the public bidding and public bidding date are changed as follows:
   
   1. Participants may visit the subject of sale up to June 4, 2009.
      
   2. Participants in the procedure are obliged to submit Bid Bond amounting to EUR 3,400,000.00 (three million four hundred thousand euros) or to pay the deposit to the same amount, at the latest until June 5, 2009.
      
   3. Deadline for submitting application for participation in the public bidding is June 5, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.
      
   4. The public bidding shall take place on June 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Belgrade time, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Belgrade, Grand hall.
