Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 15.05.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. MIN Holding Co. A.D. MIN INSPEKT, NIŠ
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 34,34% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the stake of MAŠINSKA INDUSTRIJE NIŠ, NIŠ, which amounts to 50,95% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 85,29% of the capital of the privatization entity, MIN Holding Co. A.D. MIN INSPEKT. The stake of MAŠINSKA INDUSTRIJE NIŠ, NIŠ in the capital of the entity is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
