CORRECTION OF PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AUCTION
Organized under the code 100409-3315p, for sale of the capital of the Joint-stock company INDUSTRIJA OBUĆE BEOGRAD – in restructuring, BEOGRAD.
The Correction refers to Basic data on auction sale, so they now read as follows:
The following entities have the right to participate in the public auction:
A) Domestic or foreign legal entity that fulfils the following requirement:
1. it is registered for performing business related to activity group G-19 – production of leather, leather products, and shoes.
B) Domestic or foreign individual
1. that owns more than 50% of the capital of the legal entity which fulfils the requirements for legal entities for participation in the public auction, or
2. that is employed at the entity registered for performing business related to activity group G-19 – production of leather, leather products, and shoes.
C) Consortium
1. The consortium shall be deemed to fulfil the necessary requirements from this Public Invitation if the consortium members meeting the requirements have at least 51% of the entire stake in the consortium.
