Pursuant to the authority from the Article 23 Paragraph 4 of the Decree on Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08), the Public Auction under the code 200309-3261P, organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for food, trade, tourism, catering trade and rent-a-car services "ZASTAVA IT-TURS", shall be cancelled.
