Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 27.03.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. MINEL PREHRAMBENA OPREMA, PANČEVO
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 45,50% of the entire capital and 22,29% of the stake of MINEL HOLDING KORPORACIJE / MINEL KONCERNA, BEOGRAD, which amounts to 7,80% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 53,30% of the capital of the privatization entity, "MINEL PREHRAMBENE OPREME". The stake of MINEL HOLDING KORPORACIJE / MINEL KONCERNA, BEOGRAD in the capital of the entity undergoing privatization is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
