Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 20.03.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Socially-owned enterprise for food, commerce, tourism, catering trade and rent-a-car ZASTAVA IT-TURS, KRAGUJEVAC
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 69,31% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the stake of the Development Fund RoS, BEOGRAD, which amounts to 0,99% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 70,30% of the capital of the privatization entity, Socially-owned enterprise for food, commerce, tourism, catering trade and rent-a-car "ZASTAVA IT-TURS". The stake of the Development Fund RoS, BEOGRAD in the capital of the entity undergoing privatization is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
