Pursuant to the authority from the Article 23 Paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of captal and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05, 91/07 and 96/08), the Public Auction under the code 230109-3256, organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise "KOMVAL", Čantavir, shall be cancelled.
