Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 27.03.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03, 45/05 and 123/07), and Article 9 of the Decree оn sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette RS" no-s. 52/05 and 91/07),
Privatization Agency announces:


for

1. LUKA NOVI SAD А.D. (Joint-stock company for unloading and storage), NOVI SAD

The right to participate in public auction has:
А) domestic or foreign legal entity which cumulatively fulfills the following requirements:

1. that it is registered for performing prevailing activity from the group "Z": traffic, storage and communications.
2. That it achieved in the previous business year total income of at least EUR 10.000.000,00 operating in the field of its prevailing activity.

A legal entity shall be deemed to have fulfilled requirements for participation in the public auction, if it is the owner of more than 50% of capital of a legal entity which cumulatively fulfills conditions required for participation in the public auction.
B) domestic or foreign individual
1. who is owner of more than 50% of capital of a legal entity which cumulatively fulfills requirements for legal entities for participation in the public auction.

C) consortium
1. a consortium shall be deemed to fulfill requirements from this public invitation, if a member or members of a consortium which cumulatively fulfill required conditions, participate in a consortium with at least 51% of the total stake in a consortium.
