Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 06.03.2009., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Enterprise for production, trade and services LOLA PREDUZETNIŠTVO D.О.О., BELGRADE

Within the joint offer, Privatization Agency offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which is 35,35% of the total capital and 100,00% of the stake of the LOLA SISTEM, BELGRADE, which is 49,50% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 84,85% of the capital of the entity undergoing privatization, Preduzeće za proizvodnju, promet i usluge (Enterprise for production, trade and services) "LOLA PREDUZETNIŠTVO D.О.О.. The stake of the LOLA SISTEM, БЕОГРАД in the capital of the entity is offered for sale according to the authority assigned to the Privatization Agency.
