Based on authorization from point 8 of Public Invitation for participation in public bidding for purchasing the immovable property on which usage right has "Fond Inex Interexport"" a.d. – in restructuring, Belgrade and/or its subsidary companies, in current condition, published on October 27, 2008 in the daily newspaper ’Politika’, based on which the Privatization Agency reserves the right to change dates, deadlines and/or conditions of Public Invitation, the Privatization Agency publish:



Public Invitation for participation in Public bidding for purchasing the immovable property on which usage right has "Fond Inex Interexport"" a.d. – in restructuring, Belgrade and/or its subsidary companies, in 22 Starine Novaka st. under number 5 of invitation, sale code ISN 051208-05, published on October 27, 2008 in the daily newspaper ’Politika’, is changed in part that relates to: sale code, submitting of Application for participation in the public bidding and Public bidding date, pursuant to the following:

1. Sale code: ISN 191208-05
   
2. Deadline for submitting Application for participation in the public bidding is December 12, 2008 at 4:30 p.m.
   
3. The public bidding shall take place on December 19, 2008 at 11 hours Belgrade time, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Belgrade, Grand hall.
