Amendments of public invitation for participation in public bidding for purchasing the immovable property and equipment of the hotel and tourist complex Inex Zlatna obala Sutomore

Based on authorization from point 9 of Public Invitation for participation in public bidding for purchasing the immovable property and equipment of the Hotel and tourist complex, in current condition, sale code IZO 09/08, published on September 22, 2008 in the daily newspaper ’Politika’ and in the newspaper "Financial Times", based on which the Privatization Agency reserves the right to change dates, deadlines and/or conditions of Public Invitation, the Privatization Agency publish:



Public Invitation for participation in Public bidding for purchasing the immovable property and equipment of the Hotel and tourist complex Inex Zlatna obala, Sutomore, sale code IZO 09/08, published on September 22, 2008 in the daily newspaper ’Politika’ and in the newspaper "Financial Times", is changed in part that relates to: opening price, period for site visits, deadlines for purchase of the Sales Documents, submitting of Application for participation in the public bidding and Public bidding Date, pursuant to the following:

1. Opening price for the subject of sale by public bidding is EUR 23,500,000 (twenty three million five hundred thousand euros).
   Total amount of the sale price can be paid in maximum six installments, in accordance with Decree on Decree amendment of procedure of restructuring of entitiy undergioing privatization (RM Official Gazette no. 96/08).
   
2. Deadline for submitting a written request for purchasing the Sale Documents expire on November 28, 2008. at 4:30 p.m.
   
3. Participants may visit the subject of sale up to December 5, 2008.
   
4. Deadline for submitting application for participation in the public bidding is December 5, 2008 at 4:30 p.m.
   
5. The public bidding shall take place on December 12, 2008 at 11 hours Belgrade time, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Belgrade, Grand hall.
