Notice on annulment of the public auction

In accordance with Clause 2 of the Decision on annulment of the public auction no. 10-3063/08-08/07, made on 21.10.2008, Privatization Agency is announcing the following



organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Veterinary station BEČEJ, BEČEJ, held on 17.10.2008, under auction sale code 171008-2255p. Based on authority from Article 45 of the Decree on sale of capital and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/2007), Director of the Privatization Agency made the Decision by which the public auction, organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Veterinary station BEČEJ, BEČEJ, held on 17.10.2008, under auction sale code 171008-2255p, has been annulled.
