Correction of Public Invitation for participation in the Public Auction for Društveno preduzeće (Socially-owned enterprise) "MLADOST" industrija konfekcije, Požega

According to the Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of capital and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency is announcing



Based on the authority from Public invitation for participation in the public auction which was announced in the daily "Politika" on 11.08.2008, in view of which the auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about corrections of date, place and time of the public auction.

Public invitation for participation in public auction, under code 260908-0877p, organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Društveno preduzeće (Socially-owned enterprise) "MLADOST" industrija konfekcije, Požega, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction and now reads as follows:

"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Društveno preduzeće "MLADOST" industrija konfekcije, Požega, under code 101008-0877p, will be held on 10.10.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 10.10.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documentation is 01.10.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is је 02.10.2008, at 16:30."
