CORRECTION OF PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC AUCTION published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 17.07.2008 for three enterprises.

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces




According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 10.07.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 190908-3123 organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise HERT COMMERCE Ltd., Beograd, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:

"Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise HERT COMMERCE Ltd., Beograd, Auction Code 311008-3123, will be held on 31.10.2008, at the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 31.10.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 22.10.2008 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 23.10.2008 at 16:30".

Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 190908-3129, organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise ISKRA COMMERCE, Beograd, and Socially-owned enterprise for production, sale, engineering, setting and upkeep of electrical engineering and electronic devices and systems ISEL, Beograd, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:

"Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise ISKRA COMMERCE, Beograd, and Socially-owned enterprise for production, sale, engineering, setting and upkeep of electrical engineering and electronic devices and systems ISEL, Beograd, Auction Code 311008-3129, will be held on 31.10.2008, at the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.

"Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for domestic and trade VEKTOR, Beograd, Auction Code 311008-3124, will be held on 31.10.2008, at the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 31.10.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
