Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction published in the daily newspapers "Politika" on 09.05.2008

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces





According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 09.05.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 250708-A-1985 for sale of the stake of the Republic Pension Fund amounting to 10% of the entire capital and the stake of the Share Fund RS amounting to 33,75% of the entire capital of ZLATIBOR TURIST D.O.O., Zlatibor, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:

"Public Auction organized for sale of 43,75% of the capital of ZLATIBOR TURIST D.O.O., Zlatibor, Auction Code 190908-A-1985, will be held on 19.09.2008, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 19.09.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
The Auction Documentation has to be purchased by 10.09.2008 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 11.09.2008 at16:30".
