Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency announces




Under code 270608-1743p organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the
Holding društveno preduzeće za proizvodnju i trgovinu (Socially-owned company for production and trade)
POLJOTEHNA", Negotin

Based on authority set out in the Public invitation for participation in public auction, which was published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 01.03.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about the corrections of date, place and time at which the Public auction will be held.

Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Holding društveno preduzeće za proizvodnju i trgovinu "POLJOTEHNA", Negotin, under code 250708-1743p, will be held on 25.07.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.

1. Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 25.07.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
   
2. The auction documents have to be purchased within the period from 23.06.2008 until 16.07.2008, from 09:00 to 16:30.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications is 17.07.2008, by 16:30.
