CORRECTION OF THE PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AUCTION
which was published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 10.03.2008.
Based on the authority from the Public invitation for participation in public auction which was published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 10.03.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and deadline for submission of applications can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about the corrections of date, place and time of the Public auction.
Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, under code 200608-2266, organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Društveno preduzeće za prodaju i servisiranje elektronike i mehanike (Socially-owned enterprise for sale and maintenance of electronic and mechanic devices) BIROSTROJ, Subotica, in the part referring to the date, place and time of the Auction, is changed and now reads as follows:
"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Društveno preduzeće za prodaju i servisiranje elektronike i mehanike BIROSTROJ, Subotica, under code 180708-2266, will be held on 18.07.2008, at the address: Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 18.07.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 09.07.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 10.07.2008, by 16:30".
