Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction published in the daily newspapers "Politika" on 01.02.2008

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces





According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 01.02.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 300508-2211p, organized for sale of the capital of the Socially-owned enterprise for wholesale and retail trade PEKOS, Ruma, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:

"Public Auction organized for sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for wholesale and retail trade PEKOS, Ruma, Auction Code 200608-2211p, will be held on 20.06.2008 godine, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 20.06.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of Auction Documentation is 11.06.2008 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 12.06.2008 at 16:30".
