Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 23.05.2008., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. EI Holding korporacija Niš, DOO for manufacture of mechanical products EI Čegar, NIŠ
   

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 21,00% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the share of EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, which amounts to 70,00% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 91,00% of the capital of the privatization entity, EI Holding korporacija Niš, DOO for manufacture of mechanical products EI "Čegar". The share of EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ in the capital of the entity undergoing privatization is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
