Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency announces



Based on authority from Public invitation for participation in public auction which was published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 01.02.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about the corrections of date, place and time, at which the Public auction will be held.
Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the Društveno trgovinsko preduzeće NOVA MLADOST, Belgrade, under code 230508-2218, will be held on 23.05.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.

1. Registration of auction participants will be held at the same address on 23.05.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
   
2. Deadline for purchase of the auction documentation is 14.05.2008, from 09:00 to 16:30.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications is 15.05.2008, by 16:30.
