CORRECTION OF THE PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC AUCTION
which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 14.03.2008
According to authority set out in the Public invitation for participation in the Public auction which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 14.03.2008, on the basis of which the Auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals оn the corrections of date, place and time, at which the Public auction will be held.
1. Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, under code 180408-2211p organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Društveno preduzeće za trgovinu na veliko i malo (Socially-owned company for wholesale and retail) PEKOS, Ruma, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time at which the Public auction will be held, and now reads:
"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Društveno preduzeće za trgovinu na veliko i malo PEKOS, Ruma, under code 300508-2211p, will be held on 30.05.2008, at the address: Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS, at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 30.05.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documentation is 21.05.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 22.05.2008, at 16:30".
