Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 28.03.2008., in Beograd

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the RS", nos. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 9 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by Public auction ("Official Gazette of the RS" nos. 52/05 and 91/07),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Socially-owned enterprise ZASTAVA AUTO DELOVI, RAŠKA

The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which amounts to 62,64% of the entire capital and 100,00% of the share of the Development Fund RS, BEOGRAD, which amounts to 10,51% of the entire capital. In total, it is offered 73,15% of the capital of the privatization entity. The share of the Development Fund RS, BEOGRAD in the capital of the entity undergoing privatization is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
