Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 27.07.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public Auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Enterprise for Auditing, Accounting and Consulting "MGI REVIZIJA I RAČUNOVODSTVO" a.d., Belgrade, auction sale code 211207-1986, will be held on 21.12.2007, at the following address: 23 Terazije St, Belgrade, second floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 21.12.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 12.12.2007 until 16:30.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 13.12.2007 until 16:30.
