Amendments no 1 to Public Invitation issued in daily paper "Politika" on November 29, 2007.

Pursuant to Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the RoS", Nos. 38/2001, 18/2003, 45/2005 and 123/2007), Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on Share Fund ("Official Gazette of the RoS", Nos. 38/2001and 45/2005) and based on the authorizations stipulated in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation published in daily paper "Politika" on November 29, 2007 (hereinafter "Public Invitation")


The Agency hereby informs all interested parties on amendments No 1 to Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for sale of 90.05% of total registered capital pertaining to the following:

1. The deadline for submission of written requests for purchase of Tender Documents for the Entity Undergoing Privatization envisioned in Clause 5 of the Public Invitation is changed by extending this deadline until February 8, 2008 at 4:30 p.m (Belgrade time).
   
   
2. The deadline for submission of the final binding offers for acquisition of 90.05% of total registered capital of the Entity Undergoing Privatization envisioned in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation is changed by extending this deadline until March 7, 2008 at 4:30 p.m (Belgrade time).
   
   
3. All other provisions of the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged and shall be available on the web address:
