Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces





under the code 021107-2077 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Slap grup – Plant in Čačak ad, Belgrade,

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 07.09.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital of Slap grup – Plant in Čačak ad, Belgrade, under the code 161107-2077, will be held on 16.11.2007, at the following address: 23 Terazije Street, Belgrade, second floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
   Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 16.11.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
2. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 07.11.2007 until 16:30.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications is 08.11.2007 until 16:30.
