Correction of public invitation for participation in the Public Auction

In accordance with Article 9, Clause 3 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by Public auction
( "Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05), Privatization Agency is announcing



under Code 270907-2024 arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the Društveno ugostiteljsko-turisticko preduzece (Socially-owned catering and travel company) "BALKAN", DIMITROVGRAD

1. Based on the Authorization from Public invitation for participation in Public auction, announced in the daily "Politika" on 27.07.2007, in view of which the auction date and the deadline for application submission can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency is announcing to the interested legal entities and individuals on corrections of date, place and time of the Public auction performance.
   
2. Public auction arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the Društveno ugostiteljsko-turisticko preduzece "BALKAN", DIMITROVGRAD under Code 251007-2024, will be held on 25.10.2007, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of auction participants will be held at the same address on 25.10.2007, from 09:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 16.10.2007, by 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 17.10.2007, by 17:00.
