Notice of annulment of the Public Auction

Pursuant to the Item 3 of the enacting terms of the Decision of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Republic of Serbia, no. 023-01-647/2007-01, dated 30.08.2007, the Privatization Agency announces



Pursuant to the Article 62, Paragraph 1, of the Privatization Law, ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), Article 18, Paragraph 1, of the Law on Privatization Agency ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/01, 155/04 and 45/05), the Article 258, Paragraph 1, and the Article 259, Paragraph 1, of the Law on General Administrative Procedure (" Official Gazette FRY", nos. 33/97 and 31/01), within the monitoring procedure after the objection to the decision – the Report of the Public Auction Organizing Committee no. 1859 UAP/02, dated 25.09.2006, on rejecting the application for participation in the Public Auction for the sale of 70% of the capital of the enterprise DP FGP "BABUŠNICA" from Babušnica – the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Republic of Serbia has made the Decision whereby, in the Item 2 of the enacting terms of the Decision, the Public Auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of DP FGP "BABUŠNICA" from Babušnica, held on 28.09.2006, Auction Sale Code 280906-1708, is to be annulled.
