Correction of public invitation for participation in the Public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 130907-1992 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for collecting, processing and trade of secondary raw materials "KNEŽEVAC", BEOGRAD

According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 27.07.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise for collecting, processing and trade of secondary raw materials "KNEŽEVAC", BEOGRAD under the code 270907-1992, will be held on 27.09.2007, at the following address: 23 Terazije St, Belgrade, second floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 27.09.2007., from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
2. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 18.09.2007 until 17:00.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications is 19.09.2007 until 17:00.
