Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 18.04.2007., in Beograd

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:



The Privatization Agency offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the subject undergoing privatization, which amounts to 23,00% of total capital and 100,00% of the share of MIN HOLDING CO, NIŠ, which amounts to 67,15% of total capital. In total, it is offered 90,15% of the capital of the subject undergoing privatization. The share of MIN HOLDING CO, NIŠ in the capital of the subject is on sale according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
