Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction under the code 281206-1820

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 281206-1820 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of Limited Liability Company "KRUŠIK-AKUMULATORI", Valjevo

1. According to the authority form the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 27.11.2006 on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of Limited Liability Company "KRUŠIK-AKUMULATORI", Valjevo, under the code 160207-1820 will be held on 16.02.2007 at the address 23 Terazije St., Belgrade, second floor, at 11:00. Registration of the participants will be held at the same address on 16.02.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 06.02.2007 until 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 07.02.2007 until 17:00.
