Notification on extension of the deadline For eliciting expressions of interes in the first stage of restricted public procurement procedure for consulting services Ref. No. 8-09/06

Based on the Article 29. Paragraph 6, and related to the Article 28 Paragraph 1, of the Public Procurement Law ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 39/02 i 55/04, 43/03, and 101/05),

The deadline for application submission for public procurement of consultant services of a privatization adviser in the privatization process by public tender for enterprise - Joint Stock Company for Production, Trade and Services "Simpo", Vranje (Kompanija za proizvodnju, promet i usluge "Simpo" Vranje, a.d.), 12 Radnicka Street, 17000 Vranje, (related contract service notice has been published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 84/06 dated 2nd of October 2006), is being extended. The deadline is extended for 7 days, and therefore, instead on 17th of October 2006, it expires on 24th of October 2006, at the time specified in the Qualification Documents.
