Based on Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 38/2001, 18/2003 and 45/2005), and based on the authorization given in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation published in "Politika" daily newspaper on June 07, 2006 (hereinafter: Public Invitation), and the extension of the Deadline from Amendment No. 1 to the Public Invitation published in "Politika" daily newspaper on July 5, 2006 (hereinafter "Amendments No. 1 to the Public Invitation"), the Privatization Agency (hereinafter: "the Agency") hereby announces:
