Change of Public invitation for participation in Public auction

Based upon Article 9, Clause 3 of the Decree on Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces




code 270706-1695, arranged for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the
Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću "UTVA" Avio industrija, Pančevo

1. Based upon the Power of Attorney from Public invitation for participation in the public auction, announced in the daily "Politika" on 16 June 2006, in view of which both the auction date and the deadlines for application submission may be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the changes of date, place and time of the public auction disposition.
   
2. The public auction for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću "UTVA" Avio industrija, Pančevo, code 140906-1695, shall be held on 14 September 2006, at the address: Privatization Agency, 23 Тerazije St., Belgrade, 2nd floor, at 11:00. Registration of the auction participants shall take place at the same address on 14 September 2006, from 09:00 - 10:50.
   
3. Closing date for purchase of the auction documents is 05 September 2006, until 17:00.
   
4. Closing date for submission of applications is 06 September 2006, until 17:00.
