Privatization Agency of RS and Telecommunication Agency of RS, in accordance with clause 8 of the Public Invitation for participation in the public bidding procedure for purchase of shares of the enterprise Mobi 63 and the license in accordance with GSM/GSM 1800 and UMTS/IMT-2000 standards for territory of the Republic of Serbia, announced on 28 April 2006, based upon valuation of the Consultant, announce that the following bidders have preliminary qualified:

- Deutsche Telekom AG, Germany
- Etisalat, UAE
- Telia Sonera Sweden
- Mobile TeleSystems, MTS, Russia
- Mobilkom Austria AG, Austria
The Consultants will send Instructions to the preliminary qualified bidders, i.e. the document describing the tender procedure and the conditions for submission of offers.
