The change of public invitation for participation in public auction

Based upon Article 9, Clause 3 of the Decree on Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Herald of RS", no. 52/05), Privatization Agency announces

1. Based upon the Power of Attorney from Public Invitation for participation in public auction, announced in the daily "Politika" on 26 November 2005, in view of which the auction date and the deadlines for application submission could be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and natural persons on the changes of date, place and time of the public auction disposition.
   
2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of Ugostiteljsko turisticko preduzece "ZVEZDA", Brus, code 260106-0274 shall be held on 26 January 2006, at the address: Privatization Agency, 23 Terazije Str, Belgrade, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of the auction participants shall take place at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Str, 8th floor, Hall no. 2, on 26 January 2006, from 09:00 - 10:50.
   
3. Closing date for purchase of the auction documentation is 17 January 2006, until 17:00.
   
4. Closing date for application submission is 18 January 2006, until 17:00.
