In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), Clauses 6 and 7 of the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for divestment of 96.36% of the total capital in IMK "29 Novembar” Subotica – in restructuring, Tolminska 35, published in "Politika” daily newspaper on June 3rd, 2005 ("Public invitation”), and based on the Correction to the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for divestment of 96.38% of the total capital in IMK "29 Novembar” Subotica – in restructuring, Tolminska 35, published in "Politika” daily newspaper on September 19th 2005, the Privatization Agency (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues an:
