Extension to Public Invitation for IMK "29 Novembar”, Subotica

In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/2001, 18/2003 and 45/2005), and Item 7 of the Public invitation for participation in the Public Tender for divestment of 96,36% of the total capital in IMK "29 Novembar” Subotica, Tolminska 35, Serbia and Montenegro, published in "Politika” daily newspaper on June 3rd, 2005, Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues an:

The PA wishes to inform interested parties on the extension of deadlines from the Public Invitation for participation in a Public Tender for the sale of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization, as follows:

1. Deadline for submission of the written request for the purchase of the Tender Documents in respect of the Entity undergoing privatization has been extended to September 9th 2005.
   
2. Deadline for submission of the final binding offers for acquisition of the capital is October 5th 2005, at 05:00 p.m. (Belgrade time)
   
3. All other details of the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged and available online at:
