Privatization Agency, Republic of Serbia, hereby announces an



Request for Solicitation of Expressions of Interest for Financial Advisor to Restructure and Privatize RTB Bor, Bor (hereinafter "the REOI”) was published in daily newspaper "Politika" on June 11, 2005. The Privatization Agency hereby informs all potential participants on extension of the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest.

The new deadline for submission of the Expressions of Interest is July 1, 2005 (by 15:00 hours local time).

All other information and requirements specified in the subject REOI shall remain unchanged.
