Amendments to Public Invitation

In accordance with the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/2001 and 18/2003), as well as Paragraph 6 of the Public Invitation for participation in the public Tender published in daily newspaper "Politika" on 07.05.2005 the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter "the PA") hereby issues:

1. The PA wishes to inform interested parties of the amendments of the deadlines from the Public Invitation for participation in a public tender process for the sale of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization as follows:
   
2. Deadline for submission of Requests for Purchasing Tender Documents in respect of the Entity undergoing privatization, stipulated in Paragraph 5 of the Public Invitation, has been extended to August 01, 2005.
   
3. Deadline for submission of binding Bids for acquisition of capital offered for sale, stipulated in Paragraph 6 of the Public Invitation, has been extended to September 05, 2005 by 5:00 pm CET.
   
4. All other information pertaining to the Public Invitation remain unchanged and are available at
