Amendments to public invitation For participation in the Public Tender for the acquisition of 82.00% of the total capital in

In accordance with the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/2001 and 18/2003), as well as Paragraph 6 of the Public Invitation published in daily newspaper "Politika” on 07.05.2005 the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues:

1. The PA wishes to inform interested parties of the amendments of the Public Invitation for participation in a public tender process for the sale of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization as follows:
   
2. Deadline for submission of Requests for Purchasing Tender Documents in respect of the Entity undergoing privatization, stipulated in Paragraph 5 of the Public Invitation, has been extended to June 15th 2005.
   
3. Deadline for submission of binding Bids for acquisition of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization offered for sale, stipulated in Paragraph 6 of the Public Invitation, has been extended to July 15th 2005 by 5:00 pm.
   
4. All other information pertaining to the Public Invitation remain unchanged and are available at http://www.priv.yu/pregled_preduzeca/pdf/teaser_10587.pdf
