Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

According to the Article 5, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", No. 45/01, 45/02,19/03,), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 190505-1359 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of

Joint-stock company for production and trade of forgings ZASTAVA KOVACNICA, KRAGUJEVAC

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for Participation in Public Auctions published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 15.04.2005 on the basis of which the date of auction and the closing date for applying can be changed, according to circumstances, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal and physical entities on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of Joint-stock company for production and trade of forgings ZASTAVA KOVACNICA, KRAGUJEVAC under the code 300605-1359 will be held on 30.06.2005 at the address: the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. The Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 30.06.2005, 09:00 - 10:50.
   
2. The closing date for the purchase of the auction documentation is 21.06.2005 until 17:00.
   
3. The closing date for submission of application is 22.06.2005 until 17:00.
