Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

According to the Article 5, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", No. 45/01, 45/02,19/03,), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 260405-1359 and 260405-1360 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of


Joint-stock company for production and trade of forgings ZASTAVA KOVAČNICA, KRAGUJEVAC and Enterprise with limited liability for production and trade of tools ZASTAVA ALATI, KRAGUJEVAC

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for Participation in Public Auctions published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 04.04.2005, on the basis of which the date of auction and the closing date for applying can be changed, according to circumstances, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal and physical persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of Joint-stock company for production and trade of forgings ZASTAVA KOVAČNICA, KRAGUJEVAC under the code 190505-1359 and Enterprise with limited liability for production and trade of tools ZASTAVA ALATI, KRAGUJEVAC under the code 190505-1360 will take place on 19.05.2005, at the address: the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. The Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 19.05.2005, from 09:00 to 10:50.

2. The closing date for purchase of the auction documentation is 10.05.2005 until 17:00.

3. The closing date for submission of application is 11.05.2005 until 17:00.
